About us

Booking and payment

On this website you can choose between two rates:

  • Flexible: the booking is confirmed when you leave a credit card as a guarantee (no charge); you pay for the stay at the property. The card may only be charged in the cases set out in the cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable: discounted price, paid online immediately when booking.

Payments and cards are handled securely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with a summary of your stay.
Prices are per accommodation for the whole stay, VAT included. The city tax is not included and is paid in cash at the property.

Best price guaranteed

Booking directly on our website always costs less than on booking portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and similar) for the same accommodation and dates. If you find a lower price elsewhere, write to us before booking: we will beat it.

Changes

To change a booking write to slodesignhouse@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +39 345 072 0066: we will do our best to help, subject to availability.

During your stay

Guests are asked to respect the house rules and to take good care of the rooms and furnishings. Any damage may be charged.

Cancellation policy

Flexible rate — pay at the property; when booking you leave a credit card as a guarantee, with no charge.

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
  • For later cancellations or in case of no-show, we charge a penalty of 100% of the stay amount to the guarantee card.

Non-refundable rate — 10% off, pay online now.

  • In case of cancellation, change or no-show the amount paid is not refundable.

Change of dates: write to us, we will do our best to help.

City tax

The Marsala city tax is €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, and is paid in cash at the property.

House rules

  • Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00. For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us in advance.
  • A valid ID document is required for every guest at check-in.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Children are welcome; guests under 18 can only stay with a parent or guardian.
