This policy explains how we process the personal data of website visitors and guests, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

First name, last name, email, phone number and any notes you give us when you book or contact us, together with the details of your stay (dates, accommodation, number of guests, amounts). Payments are handled by Stripe: we never receive or store your card details.

Why we use it

• To manage your booking and stay and send you confirmations and useful arrival information (performance of a contract).
• To comply with legal obligations, such as registering guests with the police authorities and tax requirements (legal obligation).
• To ask for your feedback after your stay (legitimate interest): you can object at any time by replying to the email.
• Only with your consent, to measure the performance of the website and advertising campaigns with Google cookies.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that help us deliver the service, acting as data processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel and Upstash (hosting and data storage), Google (only if you accept cookies). Some providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to manage your stay and for the periods required by law (for example 10 years for tax records).

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies required for it to work and aggregated, anonymous statistics without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics). Google measurement cookies are activated only if you accept them in the banner; you can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and for data portability, by writing to slodesignhouse@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
